This policy explains what information Metaphysical Abstract Design LLC, the company behind Virtual Reflection and VR Connect (“we”, “us”), collects through vrconnect.tech, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’re based in the United States.
What we collect
- Waitlist sign-ups: your email address when you join the VR Connect waitlist.
- Orders (once our shop opens): your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you ordered. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance.
- Visitor statistics: we count page visits with Independent Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that runs on our own website. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t share data with anyone else.
- Cookies: small files that keep the site working (for example, remembering your cart) and remember your cookie preferences.
How we use it
- To send you VR Connect news, including when it launches, if you joined the waitlist.
- To process, ship, and support your orders.
- To reply to your messages.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We only share information with services that help us run the site and the business:
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and provides Hostinger Reach, the service we use to store our email list and send emails.
- Our payment processor (once the shop opens), to take payments securely.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Emails and unsubscribing
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you at any time by emailing madstudio.vr@gmail.com.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep order records for as long as needed for customer support, tax, and accounting.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email madstudio.vr@gmail.com. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
